Donna Raidy, our Chief Operating Officer, oversees all operations at The Surrogacy SOURCE. Donna comes to us with over 20 years’ experience in business management. Donna has been a longtime advocate for children's rights and volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the dependant care system. Donna's love for family and children coupled with her extensive management experience is a unique blend that gives her the ability to compassionately guide intended parents and donors through the remarkable journey of egg donation.
Jamie Williams, our Director of TSS Client Relations, has extensive knowledge in the field of third-party reproduction with an emphasis on Surrogacy case management. This, combined with first-hand experience as a gestational carrier herself has resulted in a uniquely qualified, highly dedicated and compassionate individual to serve the growing needs of our clients.
In addition to directing client relations, Jamie remains committed to managing cases in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Texas and Washington and staying pro-active throughout the entire process. Jamie states, "Our commitment is to provide the highest caliber experience to our clients and surrogates. We recognize that the relationship between Agencies, Surrogates and Intended Parents is a special one, and for that reason I believe that every detail requires special care. Having seen both sides, I feel that the most important components of the Surrogacy experience are clear communication and rigorous screening. Our program will provide unsurpassed service with these tenets in mind."
Tricia Turner, our Manager of Surrogacy Case Management including the East Coast & Illinois, has extensive knowledge in egg donation and the surrogacy process. Having had personal experience as a surrogate mother, Tricia wanted to pursue her continued dream of helping people experience the joys of parenthood. Tricia states, “I believe everyone should have the chance to fulfill their dreams of having a family. I am excited to guide intended parents and surrogates through the surrogacy process.” This, combined with her dedication and emotional connection to each client, ensures that each client understands and feels complete support throughout their endeavor. Ultimately, Tricia feels it is a privilege to work in the business of helping to create dreams come true.
Theresa Ferrara, our Case Manager for Northern & Southern California, brings a wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience to her position for The Surrogacy SOURCE. Having been a two-time Gestational Surrogate Mother herself, she served as a support group leader and mentor for other Gestational Surrogates going through the process with The Surrogacy SOURCE. Theresa’s sincerity and empathy shines through in her desire to guide Intended Parents and Surrogates through this wonderful journey. Theresa is passionate about working diligently to ensure all parties enjoy a smooth surrogacy process and delivery.
April Alvarado, our TX, CO & San Diego Case Manager, has previous experience as a surrogate making her passionate about surrogacy and giving her a thorough understanding of the process. In addition to her experience working with The Surrogacy Source, she has also worked in the customer service industry for several years and really enjoys working with people. April states, “the feeling I have for the surrogacy program and my ability to relate to all different types of personalities puts my surrogates and intended parents at ease knowing that I genuinely care about them and the emotions they experience throughout their journey. I fondly look back on my time as a surrogate as one of the most significant and rewarding experiences of my life. The surrogacy journey can make dreams come true for both intended parents who desire a child of their own and for surrogates who want to help them fulfill this dream, and I am very excited to be a part of the program as a case manager.”
Michelle Davis, our Surrogacy Program Administrator, has extensive knowledge in women’s hormone and health issues as well as natural reproductive medicine.
She has an enormous passion to help those in need to create the family they desire. “My commitment to the surrogacy program and its participants is one of respect and admiration. I will always do what needs to be done to make sure the surrogacy process goes as smoothly as possible for everyone involved. I love coming to work every day and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.”
Susan Bloom, our Director of Marketing, has over 13 years of experience in the field of fertility in both the physician practice and egg donation / surrogacy realms. Susan oversees all marketing activities at The Surrogacy SOURCE, including interactive marketing, content development and offline advertising.
She is honored to be a part of the fertility journey, and seeing the joy associated with it, as couples achieve their dreams of creating a family.
