Surrogate Mother Fee - $27,000
Paid $2,400/month after heartbeat confirmation

Experienced Surrogate Mothers - $32,000 -$37,000

Monthly Expense Allowance - $200
To cover any expenses related to Surrogacy such as county driving miles, phone calls, faxing, postage, childcare, non-prescription medications.

Maternity Clothing - $1,000
At second trimester (one time fee)”

Embryo Transfer - $1,000
This is to cover all transfer related expenses such as childcare for bed rest, lost wages, parking etc.
($500 at start of injections, $500 day of embryo transfer)

Multiples - $5,000
Twins or triples (per additional baby)

Invasive Procedure - $500
(Amnio, CVS, termination, reduction, D&C)

Monthly Support Group - $100
Per month (mandatory)

Cesarean Section - $2,500
(Dr. ordered)

Health Insurance Premiums - In Full
Including all Rx, co-pays and deductibles (if required)

1 Year Term Life Insurance Policy - Valued at $250,000

If travel is required, all hotel, airfare, meals, and transportation will be provided
for you and a guest. (A surrogate should never travel alone, and you will require help.)
