The Surrogacy SOURCE Surrogate Mothers Program
For Intended Parents
| The Surrogacy SOURCE agency is here to guide you through the surrogacy process from start to finish. Our surrogate program's staff will make every effort to attend your surrogate mother ’s initial medical appointments, transfer, the first ultrasound, first OB-GYN appointment, and delivery. Our surrogacy agency will hold monthly support group meetings for all the surrogate mothers going through our program. This will allow us to build a closer bond with your surrogate mother and provide her with a strong support system through her pregnancy. Over the 12-18 month commitment, we encourage you to get very close and personal with your surrogate. As part of of our surrogacy program, we also encourage you to attend medical appointments with her and be as involved as possible. The surrogate program requirements for our surrogate mothers are:
- Women that have had at least one child
- Women that have enjoyed uncomplicated pregnancies
- Between the ages of 21 and 38
- Non-smokers
- Excellent Health History
- Average weight to height
- In stable household environments
- Not receiving government assistance
- Have reliable transportation to get to medical appointments.
- Have passed our criminal background check
- Passed psychological evaluation (with a licensed psychologist)
At The Surrogacy SOURCE agency our surrogate mothers have been through the approval process which includes an initial pre-qualifying phone consultation, a full application review, an in- home interview, psychological screening and criminal background checks. They are ready to meet parents and share this journey with you.
